The conclusion of the meeting took on a new look from years past. The first ever “No Tie Lounge” took place at the Crown P Corral. This event was a more casual event as compared to the formal dinner that AVDA had previously. Donned in cowboy hats and jeans, AVDA members mixed and mingled, made s’mores and even got a beer from the Beer Burro, Mija. The night wrapped up with a touching award presentation to Bob Whelan of Merial. Bob was presented the AVDA Lifetime Achievement award for over 24 years of dedication to the Animal Health Industry.
AVDA would like to send a special thanks to all the AVDA 2014 Conference Sponsors!
